100% Virginia oak, hand-selected and kiln-dried to under 12% moisture. Oak is dense and slow-burning, the highest-BTU, longest-burning wood Clark offers. Once it catches, it holds a hot, even burn for hours instead of flaring up and dying down, so you reload less and get more heat from every piece. It is the wood for cold nights, all-evening fires, and serious wood stove and fireplace users.
Every piece is cut to a consistent 16 inches, so it stacks neatly and fits most fireboxes. Because kiln drying pulls the moisture out and kills any bugs or mold, this dense oak still lights easily, burns clean with less smoke, ash, and soot, and is safe to store indoors and ready to burn the day it arrives, personally guaranteed by Clark.
