You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Note: This is a B-Grade product sold "as is"; returns are not accepted. Please be aware that these logs are noticeably smaller in both length and diameter compared to our premium range. Additionally, visible mould may be present on more than 30% of the logs.
Note: This is a low quality product sold as is, returns would not be accepted. Visible mould on greater than 30% of the logs.
Occasionally we have crates that do not meet our high-quality control standards. These firewood crates have failed our quality control due to defects such as mould, discolouration or moisture levels that exceed our normal standards.
These products are sold at a discount on an âas isâ basis. We are certain these premium hardwood logs still burn very well.
These hardwood logs measure approximately 23.5cm (L) x 9.5cm (D), with an average weight of 600g (as a natural product, these sizes may vary slightly). They are debarked for cleaner handling and reduced ash. With a high density of 550-670 kg/m3, they produce an excellent energy output and an intense, long-lasting burn.
Our Standard Crates measure 0.82m (h) x 1.1 (w) x 0.85m (l) and hold a loose volume of 1m3.*
*The loose volume of firewood is what we are required by legislation to quote. It refers to the volume of logs supplied in a random pile or poured âlooseâ into a container. At Firewood.co.uk, our crates are hand-stacked to ensure that you get the best value for money. Find out more about this here.
If you have any concerns, contact our customer service team on 01285 402 000 or email sales@firewood.co.uk.
